Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel

The first report of a Valero station having the new low sulfur diesel has come from a reader who found it at a Valero station at the corner of Trenton and McColl Streets in McAllen.

The Winter Texan Times has had several readers write in a comment that the fuel is readily available everywhere but the Rio Grande Valley. Kent Young writes that 90 percent of the stations converted in late 2006 or in 2007. He traveled through the Midwest and Northeast last summer and has had no problem finding ultra-low sulfur diesel except in the Rio Grande Valley.
