Best known for their variety show, the Chicken House Opry, Bob "Punjo" Reed and Lucy Jackson are known for their country music venue. Reed, who earlier in his career appeared on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, plays guitar and acts as emcee for the show, which features bluegrass and country music, a bit of gospel, tributes to veterans and old-fashioned comedy. Lucy plays keyboard and sings. Shows will be starting January 1, 2011 this year.

For the last two years, the Chicken House Opry has spent summers in Branson, Missouri before moving to a new theater in Mountain Valley, Arkansas in 2010.

The CHO cast includes top professionals such as Ike Thurn, Cajun Charlie LeBlanc, Commedienne Junior Fulks, and more.
