Melody Knighton returns to the stage at Victoria Palms Resort, in Donna, on Sunday, Feb.12.  This time she is performing her award winning show, “I Love Lucy.”

Melody is the winner of the 2002 Cloney Award for “Best Impersonation of A Female Broadcast Media Legend” at the annual Celebrity Impersonators Convention.

Melody is truly a “dead ringer” for the beloved comedian. This professional actress, stand-up comic and comedy writer uses all her talents to create the beloved character of Lucille Ball. Art Poco from Florida joins Melody as Lucy’s beloved husband, Ricky.

This world-class musical comedy tribute to Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz is performed by two of the best look-alike, sound-alike impersonators of the famous couple performing today. They capture the very souls of Lucy and Desi and present them with a heartfelt reverence for their special place in our culture.

This fast-paced show features hilarious sketch material and exciting musical numbers including several of the favorites. There are reenactments of those classic “Lucy Moments” that fans know and love, including the ever-popular “Vitameatavegemin” commercial.

A truly one-of-a-kind act, “The I Love Lucy Show,” is a unique entertainment experience delighting audiences of all ages and types with great memories and good, clean fun.
