“Hoping to have a sweet time raising funds for our children,” is the theme of the Chocolicious Style Show planned for Thursday, Jan. 26, at 1 p.m. as a benefit for Children’s Haven International, a children’s orphanage located in Reynosa, Mexico. The style show will be held at Alamo Rec Veh Park, 1320 W. Frontage Road in Alamo.

Selections from the Children’s Haven Thrift Store name brand outfits will be modeled and will be available for purchase after the style show.

The event includes dessert, consisting of fruit and cake with a Chocolate Fountain for dipping that is included in the $3.50 advance ticket price. Other chocolate goodies will be for sale.
