Velvet Jazz Concert at Quinta Mazatlan Get ready to celebrate the season with an unforgettable Holiday Music Series at Quinta Mazatlán in December. The concert series will feature three exciting nights of live music, food, drinks, and holiday cheer. The Holiday Music Series kicks off on December 5th with an evening of smooth jazz performed by the talented Velvet Jazz group. Velvet Jazz is made up of several members from RGV Jazz Collective which is an organization created by musicians in the RGV who support jazz, neo-soul, hip-hop, fusion and other genres that fall under the jazz umbrella.
