Invite Friends To Visit The Rio Grande Valley! Let’s go on a tour The Go...With Jo Tours are beginning to pick up. So, get your friends together and let’s go traveling...for a day, for three days, for a week or more. Whatever your heart desires, let’s make it happen. When I am planning a tour, I enter a contract with the bus companies, the hotels and the restaurants. All of them have deadlines when I must cancel by, turn in numbers, and give them payment. Airlines also have a deadline when we can cancel or cut back seats and still be able to get the money refunded. Everyone has a different deadline – so we generally try to book and plan trips according to those deadlines. Some might not need a deposit until 30 days out, but others might have a further deadline like two months or more. So, it is always smart to book early, let me know what you are interested in so I can get something in the books, and let me know as soon as you can, if you must cancel. This way, I can get the best deals possible and make adjustments to my tours and trips as needed. There is one place that I don’t have to make a deposit on the hotel rooms until 15 days before the arrival date. This gives me more wiggle room. This is the Lucky Eagle in Eagle Pass. It’s still nice to have that head count before then so I can make sure I have adequate travel accommodations. And speaking of refunds, or if something unplanned happens. I will do my best to refund your money if you should get sick or there is an emergency. Just let me know as far ahead as possible and watch those deadlines. I want to keep everyone happy, as best as I can. Honoring your money back if something happens, is just one way I can help you – and in turn hopefully help me by booking something else you are interested in on another date. I do what I can, where I can. While many things have risen in cost, some of these casinos have dropped the rates for their rooms. I have passed that reduction on to you. I know travel has become a luxury, and I do hope you can see the savings you will be getting. Rest assured, anytime I can pass a little savings on you, I am going to do so. We will do the best we can to offer you the best tour possible. As I plan a tour, I try to see myself as a passenger and imagine what the passenger wants to do and see. I try not to sacrifice the highlights and fun of the tour. We will continue to give you as much as we possibly can in the cost of the tour. And that’s a promise. Hope to see you soon!
