Their performance will be on Tuesday, February 25 from 6 to 8 p.m. The show features Leslie Blasing and Rick McEwen. Leslie Blasing has been performing on South Padre Island and throughout the RGV Winter Texan parks for a number of years. She always draws a crowd with her huge vocals. She is a regular at a few places on SPI. Leslie sings a wide array of music from the 1950s to today’s country, rock, rock n’ roll and more. Rick McEwen is widely known as The Gambler. He performs his Kenny Rogers show, and more, throughout the Valley and in Branson. During his shows, he often performs the ever-popular Islands in the Stream and tries to include a volunteer from the audience to sing Dolly Parton’s part. At one recent show, he had over six Dolly Parton’s wanting to sing with him. Together they have become The Lady and The Gambler performing some singles, a little bit of country, a little bit of rock n’ roll, and some stunning duets. Tickets for the show are $15. VIP tickets, which give you early access, are $20 and also include a meet and greet with Leslie and Rick. For tickets, call (417) 239-4248.
