Riddle invites you to join their volunteers on the hawk tour and watch sometimes seemingly endless streams of raptors migrate across the sky. Vibrantly colored birds roam the park, providing memorable experiences for visitors. Green Jays at Bentsen - RGV State Park. Guests will journey through a series of prehistoric habitats, each revealing new surprises around every turn. From dense landscapes to wide-open plains filled with gentle giants, the experience builds in intensity as visitors move closer to powerful predators. Dramatic scenery, sound, and motion come together to create an immersive experience, culminating in a thrilling final encounter with a fearsome predator. Guests can end their visit by posing for a photo with the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Making its Gladys Porter Zoo debut as one of the highlights of Dinos Unleashed is the fearsome Utahraptor. Known as the largest of all raptor species, this predator was bigger, heavier, and more formidable than its more well-known relatives. Utahraptor adds a thrilling element to the Dinos Unleashed experience and gives guests the opportunity to encounter a raptor like they’ve never seen before. Designed to be both educational and exciting, Dinos Unleashed sparks curiosity and imagination while offering guests a fun and memorable way to explore prehistoric life. Its limited time run makes it a must-see exhibit this spring. Dinos Unleashed will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the Gladys Porter Zoo’s regular hours. Tickets for Dinos Unleashed will be $5 per person and can be purchased at the entrance of the Zoo, at the exhibit, or online at gpz.org. For more information about Dinos Unleashed, visit gpz.org or follow Gladys Porter Zoo on social media.
