March 28 – South Texas Health Systems will present the Annual Prevent, Treat and Beat Diabetes Symposium at the South Texas College Health Science Professions Campus, Building B, 1901 S. McColl Rd., McAllen. It will include seminars, interactive cooking and exercise demonstrations, and more. March 28 – The McAllen Farmers Market will be held at the McAllen Public Library from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is held every Saturday.
