November 1-29 – The Upper Valley Art League will celebrate 90 years of enriching the community through art There will be a special anniversary exhibit on display throughout the month showcasing members premier works of art in photography, watercolor, ceramics, acrylic, mixed media, oil and more. November 28 – Harlingen Art Night will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. in Downtown Harlingen and A Street. It is held the last Friday of each month. Check out their Facebook for links to their call for artists signups.

December 6 – The City of Port Isabel will kick off the 2025 holiday season with their 17th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Hometown Christmas Holiday Parade. The parade starts at 6 p.m. along Queen Isabella Blvd. and ends at the Port Isabel Events & Cultural Center (309 E. Railroad Ave.). The Christmas Tree Lighting will be held at 7 p.m. in Beulah Park, 224 W. Queen Isabella Blvd. There will be vendors and school performers.
