Proudly presented by H-E-B Hunger Relief, the 17th Annual Empty Bowls Luncheon and Silent Auction promises to be a memorable occasion, aimed at raising crucial funds needed for the Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley. The event, emceed by KRGV’s Tim Smith and KTEX’s JoJo Cerda, offers attendees a delightful culinary experience with dishes from over 30 local restaurants. In addition to the delectable food, Empty Bowls will feature an exciting silent auction, raffles, and various engaging activities. Each guest will also receive a unique hand-painted ceramic bowl, symbolizing the ongoing hunger challenges faced by many in the Rio Grande Valley.
