Palm Valley Animal Society (PVAS) will host the 52nd Annual Puppy Love Gala on Saturday, February 21, at the McAllen Convention Center, celebrating an unforgettable night inspired by the enchantment of the Venetian Carnival. This year’s gala will honor Keely & Byron Jay Lewis for their support and commitment to the PVAS mission.

PVAS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a lifesaving leader in South Texas, providing shelter and care to over 10,000 animals annually while working to create a safe, humane Rio Grande Valley through adoption, foster, and rescue transfer programs.

PVAS is still seeking sponsors for Puppy Love 2026. Community partners interested in sponsorship opportunities and event visibility are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible.

Sponsor inquiries: please email puppylovegala@pvastx.org

As part of the Puppy Love Gala festivities, PVAS is offering a $100 raffle featuring major prizes, and winners do not need to be present to win. Prizes include a $1,000 shopping spree at Carats, $5,000 shopping spree at Sylvia’s, a year of perfumes, and a selection of 10 bottles of premium liquor.

Supporters can purchase raffle tickets and participate online at givebutter.com/c/puppylove26.

PVAS also invites the public to browse and bid in the gala auction at givebutter.com/c/puppylove26/auction.
