Leslie Blasing has been one of those Wintertainers that has adapted quite well to social distancing. She was one of the first to go online with her shows last year when we all had to start quarantining. He Facebook was always busy with her daily shows on her back porch, or out on her street depending on the weather.
Quinta Mazatlán is hosting author Lisa Kay Adam on Thursday, March 4, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on The Back Porch at Quinta Mazatlán. Adam has taken the whispered and fragmented words of the ancient Coahuiltecan peoples and expanded the meanings into poems and stories. Her book, xuai, will be for sale and signing for that unique gift!

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Center in Donna will be hosting their annual Boat Expo. The event will be held February 27 and 28 at 101 Expressway 83. The expo is full of seminars, vendors, and more. Visitors also get some free stuff.
Editor’s Note: These next three weeks we will be introducing some not so widely known golf courses. A few golf courses that you should try out if you have not already. Even with the abundance of golf courses in the Valley, there are a few that our Winter Texan readers seem to gravitate to.
