If you love coming down to the Rio Grande Valley each winter, you’re invited to become a Winter Texan Ambassador. The job is simple: share with your friends all the good times you have in the Valley each winter – away from the snow and ice. In a place where you can play golf almost any winter day. In a place where your MH & RV resort is a community of its own with lots of friends to share in a whole array of fun activities.





This year, the City of Hidalgo is celebrating their 48th Borderfest Music and Cultural Festival and are excited to announce La Costeña will be the new title sponsor for the festival bringing the culture of Ireland to Hidalgo. The event is set for Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 16, at the Payne Arena.
Let your dreams set sail! Edinburg Parks and Recreation is hosting the 9th Annual Cardboard Regatta competition, which promises to be an exhilarating experience for participants and spectators alike. This unique event will take place on Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at the Edinburg Municipal Pool and aims to bring the community together for an evening filled with fun, teamwork, and friendly competition.

McIntyre St.), this beloved festival honors the spirit of Frida Kahlo while celebrating creativity, wellness, and the strength of womanhood.
The International Museum of Art & Science (IMAS) announces Destino Sur, a solo photography exhibition by acclaimed artist Carlos Limas, on exhibit now, and running through June 22. This exhibition, supported by the Texas Commission on the Arts, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) - Center for Latin American Arts, and South Texas College (STC), takes visitors on a visual exploration of Peru’s rich cultural and geographical landscapes.
