Magic Valley P.E.O. Retirement Group

The Magic Valley P.E.O. Retirement Group will meet on Tuesday, December 14, 11:30 a.m. at the Tower Burger in Alamo. It is located at 505 E. Business 83 and Tower Road. The Founders’ Day luncheon, $35, is planned for Saturday, January 22nd, 11 a.m. at Camp Perry, Rio Hondo, Texas. RSVPs need to be in by December 20th. Model Rail Roading & Railroaders

Model Rail Roading & Railroaders have started getting together. Anyone interested in joining the group can join them Monday through Friday at the Hidalgo Pumphouse. Call Red at (313) 532-8549 for more information.

Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers

The Rio Grande Valley Woodcarvers have begun their 2021-2022 season. The woodcarvers are meeting again this year at the Nomad Shrine Club, 1044 W. Nolana Blvd., in Pharr. Join the group from 8 a.m. until noon every Thursday through March of 2022. Gather with old friends, and new, to carve, visit and share ideas. Please use the north end of the parking lot for parking. Also, please use the back door to enter the building. Participants will be setting up their own tables for the time being. Be sure to clean up your area before leaving at the end of the day.
