Reunions are a great time to catch up with friends, old and new. Here we will feature reunions and meetings that are happening throughout the Valley. We hope that if you are having such a meeting, you will send the information to us so we can help you spread the word.

Senior Slow Pitch Softball
The Senior Slow Pitch Softball group has started practicing. You must be 55 years young and over. They practice at the sports park on Ware and I2, across from the Convention Center. All games are in the morning on Tuesday and Thursday or Monday and Wednesday depending on what group you are in. There will be gloves and bats to use. Ladies welcome. Retired Nurses Luncheon
The Annual Retired Nurses’ Luncheon will be held on Tuesday, January 30. All retired RNs and LPNs in the Rio Grande Valley are invited. The event will be held at Peter Piper Pizza, 3101 E. Expressway 83, in Weslaco (exit International Blvd./FM 1015, north side of the expressway). Check-in is at 12:30 p.m. with lunch following at 1 p.m. There will be a buffet lunch that includes pizza, breadsticks, salad bar, dessert, and a beverage. The 43rd Annual MN/TX Masonic Reunion will be held on Saturday, February 3, at the Rio Grande Valley Shrine Club, 13415 E Expressway 83 in La Feria. The social hour will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch at 12:30 p.m. Cost is $15. Grand Master of Minnesota, M.W. Dayton Berg will be the honored guest and featured speaker.
