VSO announces 2022-2023 schedule

20221026 VSO PR 0001 webThe Valley Symphony Orchestra is pleased to announce the 2022-2023 concert season. VSO will return to the McAllen Performing Arts Center with a five-concert subscription series and other special events, all under the direction of Maestro Peter Dabrowksi.

So many sites to see

Young titled “No time to see it all, but you can try.” We know our seasonal visitors aim at visiting Valley sites while here, and we also know, from the work we do with our RGV Visitors Guide, that we have a lot of interesting places to see.

The article talks about several top sites to see in the Valley, and I will recap some of those here. We hope you take some time to visit the local sites and enjoy the history and locales the Rio Grande Valley has to offer.

Broadway in McAllen announces the 2022-23 season

Broadway in McAllen will bring the Best of Touring Broadway direct from New York, including for the first time ever, the nine-time Tony Award Winning Best Musical The Book of Mormon, the fantastic holiday performances of Postmodern Jukebox’s A Very Postmodern Christmas, the entertaining new musical On Your Feet, the incredible spectacular The Illusionists Magic of the Holidays, and the acrobatic wonders of Cirque Dreams Holidaze.

So, let’s hook ‘em up and head ‘em out to the King Ranch Hand Breakfast. The breakfast itself is composed of mouth-watering scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy. The cooks? Who else but the King Ranch cowboys!
